荣美学习中心 补课及退费条例 – 面对面上课

1. 英文、中文、法文、数学和美术课

  •  学费不予退还。
  •  如果学生提前至少2天向办公室请假，根据老师时间安排，可以选择在同一星期或其它星期补课。
  •  如果选择在同一星期补课，根据老师时间安排，可以选择不同天或同一天上两节课。
  •  开课前一天或当天请假，不安排补课或予退款。
  •  如果学生没有参加补课并且没有提前至少2天通知办公室，补课机会将作废。否则，可以根据老师时间重新安排补课，但不会第三次安排补课。
  •  学生必须从请假日起在一个缴费周期内完成补课，逾期未补则视为自动放弃补课机会。
  •  学生如果迟到，不补还所浪费的时间。老师如果迟到，课时将 补足或者追加到下次课。

2. 钢琴课

  •  提前一周（7天）向办公室请假，该课时学费全部退还或补课，补课必须根据老师时间安排。
  •  开课前2-6天请假，所缺课时学费的一半将退还或此一半费用作为新学期报名时使用。
  •  开课前一天或当天请假，不安排补课或予退款。
  •  学生必须从请假日起在一个缴费周期内完成补课，逾期未补则视为自动放弃补课机会。
  •  如果学生迟到，不补还所浪费的时间。

3. 其它情况

  •  不提供免费试课。学生一旦报名后，须交齐所学科目当前学期全部费用，一个学期3个月。上课后如发现课程不合适，请及时告知办公室，办公室将退还剩余学费，不收任何手续费。
  • 学生因私人原因无法继续完成荣美学习中心的课程，请至少提前一周（7天）通知办公室，办公室将退还剩余学费，不收任何手续费。
  •  本中心所有课程如果因为老师的原因取消上课，将退还所缺课时的全部学费。

网课退款条例

1对1

如果不能参加课程，请尽快跟老师商量另外时间上课。 

1 对2 & 小组课（3-6 个学生）

如果不能参加课程，不退学费，请完成当天的作业，有任何问题，随时问老师。 谢谢理解。

R & M Learning Center Make-up Class and Refund Policy – for in classroom programs

1. English, Chinese,French, Math and Art Class

  • Tuition fees are non-refundable.
  • If a student provides notice of absence to the Office at least 2 days before the day of class, a make-up class in the same week or another week may be arranged with the teacher at the teacher’s convenience. 
  • Students may choose to have a back-to-back lesson or two lessons in the same week, as per the teacher’s availability. 
  • If a student provides notice of absence the day before or the day of, no make-up opportunity will be provided. 
  • If a student does not attend a make-up class and fails to notify the Office at least 2 days before the day of class, the make-up opportunity is forfeited. Otherwise, a second reschedule can be discussed with the teacher at the teacher’s convenience. No classes will be rescheduled a third time. 
  • Students must complete the make-up lesson within one payment cycle of time-off request. Failure to do so will be considered an automatic forfeit of make-up opportunities. 
  • If a student arrives late, class time will not be extended. If a teacher is late, class time can be extended or added on to the next class. 

2. Piano Class

  • If a student provides notice of absence to the Office at least one week (7 days) in advance, tuition fees for the missed class can be refunded upon request. Otherwise, make-up classes can be arranged at the teacher’s convenience. 
  • If the student provides notice of absence 2-6 days in advance, half of the tuition fee for the missed class can be refunded, or transferred towards registration for the next semester (payment cycle).  
  • If the student provides notice of absence the day before or the day of, no make-up class or refund will be provided. 
  • Students must complete the make-up lesson within one payment cycle of time-off request. Failure to do so will be considered an automatic forfeit of make-up opportunities. 
  • If the student arrives late, no make-up time will be provided. 

3. Additional Information 

  • Free trial lessons are not provided. Upon enrollment, students are required to pay the full semester’s tuition for their course(s) of choice (3 months per semester). If you find that the course is not suitable for you, please inform the Office promptly. A refund for the remaining classes will be provided at no extra cost. 
  • If the student cannot complete their time at R & M Learning Center due to personal reasons, please inform the Office at least one week (7 days) in advance. The Office will refund the remaining tuition fees at no extra cost. 
  • If classes are cancelled due to a teacher’s situation, all tuition fees will be refunded. 
  • All group online classes, no refund with absence.

1-1 online class

Please contact tutor to change the date ahead of the time. 

1-2 & small group online class(3-6)

The fee is not refundable. Please finish the homework and ask questions any time. Thank you for your understanding.
